Ms. Williams concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust litigation, administration and planning. She represents beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives and other interested parties in will and trust contests. She assists clients in the administration of complex estates and trusts and also represents charitable organizations in seeking and maintaining their tax-exempt status.
Ms. Williams received her B.A. from the University of Florida in 2004 and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008 with a Certificate in Estate and Trusts Practice. She went on to receive her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012. Prior to relocating to Boca Raton, Ms. Williams was a practicing estates and trusts attorney in Gainesville, Florida.
Ms. Williams has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008 and is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Tax Sections, as well as the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court. She is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the U.S. Tax Court.
